About
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I serve clients throughout the greater Boston area.
Thousands of hours of training alongside industry leaders has allowed me to develop my own proven method of training. Rather than delivering a one size fits all approach, I build my training around each individual. I believe hard work, consistency and willingness to change are the primary ingredients for success. As your trainer, I want to share my knowledge with you to help you learn how to train towards your goals within the constraints of your life demands.
I am fortunate to have built a career surrounded by phenomenal clients and trainers who I have learned from and built lasting relationships. In my own personal life, I try to lead by example, living an active and healthy lifestyle.
I played four years of Division I Lacrosse at Butler University. As a high school lacrosse player in Connecticut, I was awarded All-American and was the 1999 Connecticut Player of the Year. Additionally, I was a member of a nationally ranked team that won back-to-back state championship in 1998 and 1999.
Every week I commit several hours to coaching youth sports and I am grateful for being able to share my love of movement with my love of team athletics. When not working out, or coaching you will find me spending time with my wife Lindsay, daughters Marin and Iris, and my dog Teal.
